Nickel titanium machine taper file (referred to as "machine taper/machine expansion needle") is a core instrument used for machine rotation preparation of root canals in root canal therapy. It is made of nickel titanium alloy and designed with a large taper/variable taper as the core, replacing traditional hand stainless steel files to achieve efficient, safe, and standardized root canal forming.

Performance Characteristics

Super flexibility and root canal compliance:

Nickel titanium memory properties can deform with the shape of bent root canals, reducing root canal displacement, steps, and lateral penetration, especially suitable for severely bent and calcified root canals.

Efficient cutting and forming:

With a large taper and spiral edge, the crown is prepared downwards to quickly form a continuous conical root canal, which is conducive to flushing and filling.

Anti fatigue and anti fracture:

CM/thermal activation process enhances anti torsion and anti fracture properties, reducing the risk of needle breakage with single or limited use (10-20 times).

Excellent chip removal:

Spiral groove design allows debris to be discharged towards the crown, reducing root tip blockage and postoperative pain.
