The central axis design on the clip facilitates quick and accurate clinical bracket positioning. Despite the reduced overall height, it maintains adequate space for ligation, supporting the application of various clinical techniques.
Manufactured using a monoblock molding process, it offers high cost-effectiveness for better budget control. Produced via PIM (Powder Injection Molding) with secondary finishing of the slot, it adheres to strict registration standards and undergoes rigorous manufacturing and inspection protocols. This ensures precise data expression and delivers accurate orthodontic outcomes.

    Material Introduction

    Brackets are generally made of metal,have 80 gauge Mesh Base,Bracket manufacted with MIM. Laser engraving is used on the bottom of the bracket mesh. craft Bracket and Base welded together with pertect welding technique,Excellent bond strength. It is a necessary orthodontic product among dental consumables.  Use the first to fifth teeth .Brackets are divided into two types: Bondable and Monoblock . Both Bondable brackets and Monoblock brackets come in two types: standard and mini brackets. The standard and mini models are divided into three types: Roth, MBT, and Edgewise. The hooks of the bracket have no hook, 3 teeth with hooks and 345 teeth with hooks. This is one of our dental consumables products.
