Clinical Use of NiTi R-File
Gently engage the root canal wall with a clockwise rotation of 1/4 to 1/2 turn, then slowly advance the instrument to the working length and immediately withdraw. Forced up-and-down filing, heavy apical pressure, and counterclockwise rotation are strictly prohibited. Repeat 2–3 times per instrument size, clean debris, then proceed to the next size.
