Core Features
✅ Smooth glide path: Seamless orifice-to-apex transition minimizes ledging, perforation and apical transportation.
✅ High flexibility: 0.02 taper NiTi design navigates curved and calcified canals effortlessly.
✅ Enhanced durability: Square cross-section and anti-cyclic fatigue structure reduce file separation for safer use.
✅ Time-saving efficiency: Single-file system delivers faster, more predictable glide path preparation.
Functions and Benefits
✅ Effortless canal negotiation: Smoothly navigates narrow, curved, and calcified canals, greatly improving preparation success rates.
✅ Enhanced procedural safety: Minimizes risks of instrument separation, ledging and perforation for safer, more predictable clinical results.
✅ Conservative canal preparation: Preserves natural root canal anatomy by reducing unnecessary dentin removal.
✅ Optimal pathway for subsequent shaping: Creates a smooth, centered glide path to lower fatigue stress on follow-up shaping files and boost overall instrument durability.
Clinical Use
1. After access opening, use #8 / #10 hand files to explore root canals and confirm working length.
2. Mount the PT-Path file onto an endodontic motor (300–500 rpm, 1.0–2.0 Ncm). Work sequentially: #13 → #16 → #19. Insert gently with light pecking motions.
3. Irrigate thoroughly after each size to flush out canal debris.
4. Once glide path preparation is complete, move on to shaping files for final canal shaping.
Note: Always follow the sequential order; never skip sizes. Do not apply excessive force on curved or calcified root canals — let the file complete the shaping naturally.
