Material Advantages
Crafted from medical-grade nickel-titanium alloy, it delivers premium elasticity and great cyclic fatigue resistance. It smoothly follows the shape of sharply curved root canals, effectively lowering the chances of canal transportation, perforation and file breakage.
Design Features
Core Functions
Clinical Use
Preoperative check: Examine the file for distortion or cracks; set appropriate motor torque and speed to lower the risk of file separation.
Glide path establishment: Utilize small files to create a smooth preliminary passage. Avoid forced insertion into curved root canals.
Main debridement operation: Install the H-file on the endodontic motor. Primarily adopt gentle pull-stroke cutting movements; avoid continuous full rotary motion to prevent file binding and over-cutting. Operate step-by-step from small to large sizes with slow, incremental penetration depth.
Intermittent irrigation: Flush the canal with sodium hypochlorite or professional root canal irrigants after every 1–2 files to wash away accumulated dentin debris.
Canal finishing: Complete shaping and polishing of canal walls with matched-size files, effectively minimizing canal ledging and transportation.
Postoperative handling: Confirm unobstructed canal patency and ideal taper. Thoroughly clean, disinfect and store instruments. Track usage cycles and discard files once reaching the service limit.
