Clinical Application

• Select a primary gutta-percha cone matching the master file; the spreader can reach near the root apex.
• Coat the root canal with sealer and insert the primary gutta-percha cone.
• Slide the spreader alongside the primary cone with gentle rotation, apply 1–3 kg pressure and hold for 15 seconds.
• Rotate and withdraw the spreader, then immediately insert an accessory gutta-percha cone.
• Repeat compaction and accessory cone placement until the canal is fully dense, then trim excess gutta-percha.
