Material Advantages
It offers excellent rigidity, outstanding bending resistance, and high mechanical strength, ensuring resistance to deformation and fracture during clinical use. Its high hardness delivers stable and powerful lateral extrusion force, ideal for high-force lateral condensation. Made of medical-grade stainless steel, it is cost-effective and highly practical.
Design Features
Typically fitted with color-coded handles for easy size identification, the instrument has a tapered working end with a smooth, blunt, rounded tip without cutting edges; it serves only for compaction and will not cut or damage the root canal walls. The entire instrument has a smooth surface free of flutes and threads, with a diameter that gradually increases from the tip to the handle, making it compatible with root canals of various tapers.
Core Functions
High rigidity & direct force transfer
High-hardness stainless steel ensures direct and stable lateral pressure transfer with clear tactile feedback for precise force control.
Cost-effective & budget-friendly
Lower cost than NiTi spreaders, ideal for bulk orders and routine root canal obturation.
Bend-resistant & long service life
Superior mechanical strength resists deformation/breakage after repeated use; autoclavable for long-term reuse.
Excellent performance in straight & mildly curved canals
Outperforms NiTi instruments for canals ≤20°, with controllable force ensuring reliable gutta-percha compaction.
Well-designed tapered shape
Tapered working end with a round, blunt tip and no cutting edges; smooth threadless surface prevents root canal wall damage.
Complete ISO standard sizes
Full range of standardized dimensions to fit all root canal diameters.
