Clinical Technique
Clockwise insertion: Gently press and rotate 90–180° clockwise to engage the threads into dentin.
Counterclockwise cutting: Apply light apical pressure while rotating counterclockwise to cut dentin using the reverse cutting edge.
Clockwise withdrawal: Rotate clockwise again to entrap and withdraw dentin debris from the canal.
