Key points for clinical use

• After the completion of root canal treatment, the length of the root canal is determined based on the X-ray film, and a specialized drilling tool is used to prepare the post passage.

• Select the appropriate type of root canal nail, screw it into the root canal, and reserve a portion of the stem outside the root canal for subsequent resin nucleation.

• When screwing in, the force and depth should be controlled to avoid excessive force causing the root canal wall to split or the instrument to break.
